Looking for some help.
Hey all, I'm just look for a little extra help. I have a small cash flowing house in Regina sk, under contract, and need funding for it.
The purchase price is only $55,000, plus closing costs. There's already a tenant in so everything is turn key from day one. And the cap rate is 14.2%. Plus I'm hoping it will be a good start for a good business relationship for future opportunities. Any advice, recommendations, or connections to anyone you might know will be greatly appreciated.
