A bit about me

In preparation for my Business Breakthroughs call here Tuesday, the 29th at 11:00 a.m. EST I figured it might be helpful for those of you that don't know me to learn a bit about my business background.

My background is in logistics, warehousing and Lean manufacturing. I've torn down, designed and rebuilt many warehouses and distribution operations over the years before my wife and I started an e-commerce and consulting firm nearly 20 years ago. We sold that company in 2017 but stayed on up until a few years ago. We left our former company and bought a Cruise Planner Travel Agency where we provide land and cruise travel. About two years ago I stepped away from most of my travel agent duties to start helping small business owners scale and exit their businesses and opened Your Business Made Easy.

My true passion and what I'll be discussing during my monthly Business Breakthrough calls is helping those business owners that are fairly new or in business just a few years looking to grow their business beyond $500K.

The sessions will be an open format to help address challenges you may have about personal productivity, financial management, KPI development and analysis and marketing.
