Connecting With My Referral Pod! Coffee Chats All Around!
I just did a warm outreach message to all of the individuals in my referral pod at the suggestion of @Suzanne Taylor-King , who knows it's not easy for me to make most of the times of the calls with me being in Thailand. (I probably would have messaged them on my own anyway lol, her suggestion just sped things up) I'm AMAZED that right away when connecting with these individuals, there's genuine excitement and enthusiasm to connect with each other as entrepreneurs with no expectations, no strings attached. I find that very refreshing and warm-hearted. I want to give a shout out to @Suzanne Taylor-King for creating this community and for bringing together people that have this shared dynamic of really valuing connection in business. There's not there often enough of it in the business world, especially online, but it is much needed. I have a feeling this Idea Lab community is just getting started and it's inevitable that it will only grow to be even more FANTASTIC! Also a shoutout to Referral Pod #4! w/ @Lindsay Hack, @Tina Kadish, @Susie Taylor, @Patricia Lindner, @Nathan Segal, @Neco Turkienicz, @Troy Siewert If there's any upcoming competition of any sort between Referral Pods let us know, Suzanne. Because we are going to win and kick butt! haha

HUGE WIN
I was asked for a Manifesto for the Idea Lab Community........and it's ready! Here is the link you can share with anyone thinking of joining us! What would you add, please put in comments!! The Idea Lab Manifesto: Redefining Business for Visionary Entrepreneurs At The Idea Lab, we believe business should be more than a grind—it should be an extension of your passion, your purpose, and your potential. We reject the outdated notions of hustle at all costs and transactional relationships. Instead, we champion a new era of business: one rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and meaningful growth. This is who we are and what we stand for! We Stand for Authenticity Over Perfection Your business should reflect who you are at your core—your unique voice, vision, and values. We believe success isn’t about fitting into someone else’s formula but creating a path that feels true to you. We Stand for Relationships Over Transactions Business thrives when it’s personal. We prioritize connection, trust, and collaboration over quick wins. In The Idea Lab, we don’t compete—we lift each other up, share knowledge, and grow together. We Stand for Bold Action Over Fear Growth requires courage. Whether it’s raising your rates, showing up for your clients, or reinventing your business, we encourage bold moves and calculated risks. The only failure is standing still. We Stand for Clarity Over Chaos The world is noisy, and business can feel overwhelming. We believe in cutting through the clutter to focus on what truly matters—your clients, your goals, and the steps that move you forward. We Stand for Impact Over Hustle Success is not just about numbers; it’s about the lives you change. We focus on building businesses that deliver value, transformation, and impact—not just busywork and burnout. How Business Should Be Business should feel fulfilling. It should align with your life, not take over it. It should be a platform to express your brilliance, serve your clients, and create a legacy. It should reflect your values, your dreams, and your potential to lead with confidence and heart.
