Just met this wonderful man, asking him to the community!

I've been away on a workaction. As some of you may know, along with my coaching business, my wife Barbara and I also own a Cruise Planner franchise. We help adults have incredible all-inclusive vacations. We've been in Ft Lauderdale this week at our annual Cruise Planner Conference which includes a few nights on a the brand new Sun Princess Cruise Ship. (It's a tough gig but someone's got to do it). Anyway, I look forward to returning to this community in full force. Until then. :)

Thank you for this insightful training @Jason Croft . I know many in this community were there live (I saw you 😆), but for those who weren't, take the time to watch this training. It was very helpful. I do wish I was a fly on the wall in those breakout rooms.

What are Wins 🎉 - Wins are the results or outcomes you have achieved. Wins can be small or big but should be related to your business or personal growth. It could be situational where you overcame an objection, challenged a client and being a better coach or hitting your first $30k month. Why do we post Wins? We post wins for 3 reasons - 1) The more wins you find ... the more wins you tend to find! This helps to build momentum and and inspire you to keep putting in the work. - 2) Posting Wins associates you as a winner within this community.
