Healthy Lifestyle - Lucy Di Piazza
Hi everyone: Both my husband & I follow the program. I have been on the program for almost 3+ years. I am currently active in the writing community, and I belong to numerous writing groups and organizations. I published two books along with articles in various publications. I have struggled with weight issues for 20 years. As most, I tried everything with little success. My goal is to continue following the S.A.A.B recommendations. My knowledge of nutrition continues to evolve and grow.

Why I Became a Coach - Karen Whittle
As a 41+ year-long career elementary teacher and principal, I took care of everyone else but myself. After a 100 - weight release the last two years of my career, I knew exactly what I wanted to pursue in post-retirement...become a health/wellness/life coach/motivational speaker...so I could help others lead empowered, joyous, and healthier lives. I have been in that role since 2015, starting with a Cooper Institute coaching credential, 8toGreat/IdealWeight power coach (2016), Health Coach Institute, Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2020) and have additional training in many other related topics. All this knowledge has helped me become a better-informed coach, but I have found what clients most need…is a coach (not only with knowledge), but one with active listening skills, empathy, and a focus on their individual needs. Recently (after my husband’s retirement) we have picked up our roots in Kansas and re-planted ourselves in Des Moines, Iowa to be closer to our son and his family. I will continue to work with several Wichita clients on-line and also be open for the plans God has in store for us in the beautiful and great State of Iowa. I am so grateful to reconnect with my 8toGreat/Ideal “sisters” through Skool.

Why I became a Coach - inspired by Coach Becky!!
Thanks Becky for sharing your why! Inspired me to share mine and to invite the others to do the same. I was so excited and happy that I had found a lifestyle where I felt amazing, had tools/skills to use when life didn’t quite go as I planned , and a community of people for support and encouragement, that I just had to stay connected and share it with others!

Why I Became a Coach
Currently I’m on Sabbatical from this amazing program I discovered in 2017. The High-Ways are ingrained in me and the reason I became a Coach was to help guide others on how to have joy in their heart and live in gratitude with a sense of freedom everyday!!!
