3 things to elevate your looks:
1- Mascara: If you’re not using it already, it makes a HUGE difference. Especially if you want your eyes to stand out as your best feature, it helps a whole lot. 100% underrated. 2- Relax your face: If you’re always frowning/have a rbf, you will always look unapproachable and rude. I used to this but I stopped and I noticed a huge difference! 3- Have some sort of routine: Whether its a serum you use every night, or a certain cleanser, have something you use for your face on a regular basis to treat any problem you have (hyperpigmentation, acne, etc) Hope it helps!

The Positive Effects of Exercise
Hello girls! I started exercising a couple of weeks ago and here are some things i’ve noticed: 1- Better quality of sleep: I used to take so long to fall asleep but now its easier. 2- Better self esteem: I feel wayy better about myself now that I work out in many different ways. 3-Better skin quality: I think my skin has improved quite s bit since I started working out, it feels much smoother! 4- More toned: I feel a little more toned in some areas than others and I love how it feels. 5- Better Body Image: I feel way better about my body in general and how I look :) I hope that’s enough to encourage you guys to walk more, run more or even lift a little bit 💕 i promise you, you’ll never regret it. xoxo Molly

Hi i am Aanya and i used to be really insecure of my body... but that has changed... a lot! I'm so happy that i was able to love my body again!❤️ And i will tell you how to do that as well! Anyways, let's begin! Here are five ways to practice self love ~~ 1. Take time for yourself🫂 Set aside time each day for doing something that you enjoy. It could either be a five minute doodle or a one hour walk, it's up to you depending on how much time you have. 2. Surround yourself with positivity🦋 Put posters out pictures of positive quotes. You can even costomise it if you enjoy! Also surround yourself with positive people, negative people can really change you.. so get rid of all of those🐍 and make some new friends! 3. Practice self care♥️ Make sure that you are taking care of your physical and mental health, do skin care, exercise, and easy healthy 🥗 4. Celebrate your success🎉 Every thing you achieve something, even if its as small as cleaning your room , give yourself a reward. Weather is your favourite chocolate or a cheat day😉. You should feel proud! 5. Be kind to yourself💖 Whenever you have that chat with yourself in your mind, keep it positive! Instead of getting mad at yourself, comfort yourself and feel proud!
