Just came across the post on LinkedIn about Zomato's food recue.
Problem identified - food wastage. Around 4 lacs (0.4 million ) food orders were cancelled for the users despite of no refund policies. What did Zomato do? They introduced Food rescue!
"Canceled orders will now pop up for nearby customers, who can grab them at an unbeatable price, in their original untampered packaging, and receive them in just minutes.
"
