Long story short: I missed my kettlebell and the community. It's been four weeks now and this morning I did my first training session in an old but renovated environment. Since I had a cold last week, I didn't go in quite as hard today. When I got back into it, I had to get used to the following with my two 8kg graces and the 12kg bell:
- 10 thrusters (double 8)
- 10 double snatches (double 8)
- 10 single leg deadlift 5/5 (12kg)
I repeated the whole thing 3 times and started the day very satisfied ☺️☺️☺️.
