Early morning wake up call
... starting with my kettlebells, so I grabbed the two pairs of 8s and the 12 and dedicated myself to wow 252. It was nice and exhausting again. Part one with double kB and part 2 with one👍🏼

MASA WORKOUT!
inspired by the kata
For a few days I have been remembering the kata that was a really fun challenge, so yesterday I decided to do a double KB workout inspired in it. EMOM dead lift 2X push up 2X swing 2X clean press 2X (or clean and press 2X) squat and press 2X I had to alternate between EMOM and ENOM (1.5 min every other set) For the last 5 minutes or so I changed it up EMOM dead lift 1X push up 1X swing 1X clean clean and press 1X squat and press 1X half snatch

Condition and strength
Today was a very good workout. It also definitely targeted at my core muscles. They are conveniently tired now. 🥳 1. Roulette conditioning kb 8kg The first round was little short, because I didn't have my classes on. 😆 2 rounds, 3 times 2 minutes, rest 1 minute. The last swings felted terrible. I had to stop before I throw up. (Fully stomach). 2. Strength training; 2RM press, 3RM Front Sq and 3RM Bent row. All of them with 12kg kettlebell. I also included floor presses for the first time. 👍🏻 I started to do this the beginning of this month and it is quite enjoyable.

🚨 Pyramid Scheme 🚨
Inspired my @Thomas Andersson comment on my post from yesterday I wanted to incorporate Squats into today's quickie! And knowing that in a ladder scheme I wouldn't make it past round 6 (meaning 21 reps per exercise including form break down) I opted for a 5-step pyramid instead (25 reps). Protocol: 26kg Each level: Row L/R, SH DL L/R, Squat each as per current step Steps: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
