Google ads timeline expectations?

I’ve never done a google ads before, and I have an onboarding meeting to do it for the first time so I’m wondering in terms of expectations on how long I will need to set up all the campaigns build the landing pages, etc how long will I need for that to finish and how long after we launch can we start to see some results?

I understand this is very different from person to person and agency to agency but just so that I have an idea of what to tell my client how long? I will work on it full time.
