How about hyper-niche relevancy articles and a niche hub page?
How about nearby city / suburb / neighborhood pages?
CTR Manipulation with Location Guard, mobile proxies, patch and manipulated search strings?
And the schema stuff?

I have yet to dive into foundationRank, doing so tomorrow. But i have a ton of that content above created for a garage door repair site and was beginning to post it all but wondering if it's worthless now?
