i've read so many books and watched countless courses trying to figure out how to control / handle self-doubt and negative self-talk but honestly none of them seem to offer any great advice. Having those moments where my inner critic just won't quiet down, it's frustrating self-doubt creeps in telling-not good enough or that im going to mess up and no matter how much i try to apply what i've learned it just doesn't seem to help so how do you deal with it
