We all know it’s good for inflammation response, decreasing bloating, and turning that fat into meltable fat(I think).
However inflammation is required for muscle growth and should ideally not be suppressed after a workout
(example, I could totally be wrong here and correct me if I am, but you shouldn’t take omega 3 fatty acids a couple hours before and a solid 6-8 hours after)
Same for turmeric? If so then it should be taken in the morning I’m guessing.
