Animal Organs
I currently take heart and soil organ supplements and I have been wondering if the dosage is too low considering that each daily serving is only 3g total and most sources recommend that you eat for example a half oz of liver a day which would be about 14g of liver. It is desecrated dried powder however. Let me know what you guys think especially if you have experience taking heart and soil organ supplements!
