I don't always follow the servings because there is such a thing as hypervitaminosis, so instead of taking the recommended two multivitamin servings per day, I take one as it is quite a high-dosed supplement. There is potentially room for some Vitamin D and more Omega-3, if I were to amend anything in the future, as well as maybe some naturopathic anti-oxidative measures in the form of curcumin.
