☀️AM: 06:00 - 10:00 - 5g creatine (monohydrate - usually Optimum Nutrition) - 5ml liposomal vitamin C - 5g glutamine. Mixed with 750ml water and maybe some BCAAs (for funsies, not for added benefit). ⏰ NOON: 12:00 - 18:00 (With food) - 500mg EPA and 250mg DHA (Omega-3, 1 cap) - Multivit (1 cap) - Glucosamine & Chondrotin (1 cap) - Liposomal Glutathione (1 cap) - Vitamin B complex (1 cap) 🛌 PM: 20:00 - 22:00 - 1500mg Ashwagandha KSM-66 - Magnesium complex (Citrate, Bisglycinate, Malate, Oxide)
