Everything is so clearly described and you don't guess your next step.
🔥 STEPS:
- Check in
- Security
- Passport control (except Shengen)
- Gate / onboarding
- Flight
I am pretty sure that you know it and it's simple.
Additionally, customers know what they 🛑 cannot bring to flight also.
WHY DON'T YOU DO THE SAME?
- Why customers should guess next step in your app or process?
- Why they should have that pain?
- Why?
We need to create an process to welcome users and help them to get onboard and fly✈️
