I was recently in airport and here is what I have noticed👇 Everything is so clearly described and you don't guess your next step. 🔥 STEPS: 1. Check in 2. Security 3. Passport control (except Shengen) 4. Gate / onboarding 5. Flight I am pretty sure that you know it and it's simple. Additionally, customers know what they 🛑 cannot bring to flight also. WHY DON'T YOU DO THE SAME? - Why customers should guess next step in your app or process? - Why they should have that pain? - Why? We need to create an process to welcome users and help them to get onboard and fly✈️ What do you think about it?
