I have been chasing an idea on engaging early stage tech graduates as my experience in being a hiring manager is that they are wildly lacking professional/social/personal comm skills. BUT LI seems to have a large portion of it's members as experienced professionals. Interested in any ideas from you fine folks on how to find LinkedIn early stage / college graduates. Many of their parents spent a lot of money on college coaches to get t em into university, I have a hypothesis that they might also be willing to pay for their kid to get help to land a job. College placement services are antiquated and overwhelmed. The US alone graduates 4million students a year....
