Hey Recruiter Kingdom!
Hi, my name is Vitalii. I'm originally from Ukraine ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ but have been living in Melbourne, Australia๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ for two years now since the start of the war. I'm a sales recruiter specialising in the logistics industry. There are three things I want from this community: 1. Collaboration and learning from each other. 2. Accountability and support. 3. Inspiring each other to make placements. For fun, I enjoy three activities: 1. Playing tennis and ping-pong. 2. Hiking and travelling. 3. Reading a good nonfiction book before bed. I'm looking forward to collaborating and getting to know each other. Let's go!

I joined this community to connect with fellow recruiters, gain insight and learn how to get more clients on autopilot from Parker. My Favorite Hobbies are tennis, cooking for friends, and working out. My Favorite Food Is probably pizza I HATE and find DISGUSTING anyone that puts pineapple on Pizza YUCK ๐Ÿคข!

Introduction
Lukas Halim here. I'm have been in data science & data analytics for about a decade and have been trying to start recruiting in data analytics. However, I've been wondering whether I'm barking up the wrong tree, since the job market for these skills is not as strong as it was a few years ago. I'm listening to the training @Patrick Barbour put out in the Free Recruiter Training section https://www.skool.com/recruiterkingdom/classroom/1764d062?md=72511f02679148eea81409ada650af2e and the idea of looking at the BLS and ADP employment reports makes a lot of sense.
