Do you have a close friend, relationship, basically someone who really matters to you ? If the answer is YES and you want to get better than start to share it with them. Basically getting better together. For example: I have a woman that I share my album in photos with and we share there all the food we eat along the day. What that does is that it makes me more accountable for what I eat and the same way it goes for her. So we are becoming better, more disciplined and happier about progress.
