Tournament in 2 weeks
Currently we have a tournament in 2 weeks and I’m preparing for it. The tournament will have many academy teams in it so I will do my best to get seen by the coaches and maybe also our district coaches that are there and are looking on the matches. But I will not be selfish and I am doing everything to make our team come as long as possible. Looking forward to it😁 If you have some tips write it in the comments

Last Week
So I had a really busy week last week. Literally football everyday. I did an hour shooting session on Monday which was really good. I worked on my weak foot and volleys. I had a friendly on Tuesday where I picked up a minor injury, just a bit of swelling and bruising. Wednesday I had training with my academy, worked a lot on dribbling and skills. Thursday I had team training, really solid work rate, especially as my foot was still injured. Saturday I had my match. I got man of the match and worsened my injury but I was vital to the team and it’s healed now so I’m ok. Light recovery on Sunday before I’m back tk jt.

My first match
Yesterday I played my first match. It was a friendly game and we played 3 half 30 minutes each one.I only played the first half and there was a misunderstanding with my coach because he thought that I answered him badly when I was subbed of and the beginning of the second half. I swear to god that I didn’t say a word but for this misunderstanding he said that I have to go to the lockers rooms and so I did it without complaining because he’s my coach and I have to do what he says. Anyway I didn’t play too bad. I completed at least 10 passes and maintained ball possession like he wanted. I missed few passes but it didn’t affect my game. And I won a foul where we scored a goal. We won the game 3-2 and I’m happy about how my mistakes during the game didn’t affect me emotionally and so I went on every ball with the same intensity as the previous one. The only thing I regret is the misunderstanding with my coach because I could have played more but it happens sometimes

My Tuesday 2/9-24
Normally when I make these posts, I try to write the whole day, goal settings and the quote. But I figured out I took to much of my time, so I decided to do what most people do in the school days. Where I only write the daily goals and quote. I hope that’s okay with all of you, as I find that more easily to fit in my time. so this was yesterday. - 9 hours of sleep ✅ - No scrolling on social media ✅ - No screen before 08.00 am✅ - No screen after 20.00 pm✅ - Under 1 hour phone time❌ - Football training✅ - 2 litres of water ✅ - Warm or cold shower ✅ - quick pray before sleep✅ - At least 20 minutes of stretching/mobility ❌ - 10-15 minutes of foam rolling ❌ - Journaling ✅ - Write daily goals down❌ - Listen to podcast for at least 15 minutes ✅ - Meditation for at least 10 minutes ❌ - Visualisation for at least 5 minutes ❌ - Don’t compare to others than you ❌ - Eat healthy ✅ - Deep breath work❌ - Don’t complain❌ 11/20=55% Quote: “Don’t rush to do what everyone else is doing.”-
