Today I completed CG Epic endgame!! 50 workouts over 10 weeks! I’m proud that I stuck to it, even worked out on days I had hangovers, got up at 4.30am to complete one before work one week 🤦🏼♀️ and today the finisher was 100 chest to floor burpees 🥵🥵 my weight and measurements haven’t moved 😢 but I think it is a lot to do with my NEAT (I’m half way through the blueprint), but I’ve maintained and I can see a difference in my arms and upper abs in the mirror (I’m looking for the positives)
Now to finish the blue print and start my next 12 weeks 🙌🏻 (after my girls holiday in Portugal next week 🥰)
