I went over my calories by 150 yesterday 😫
Came on my period in the morning, still managed a workout which put my back out then was in agony all day.
I had my dinner but I was Sooo hungry! Literally belly rumbled all night, I kept drinking water even tried an apple which didn’t help.
This morning I’ve woke and my belly is really rumbling!! What would you recommend as a low calorie high volume breakfast?
