Intro

Hi all!

I'm Jess, a 30 year old fur mum from south-east UK.

I began my weight loss/ fitness journey March 22, losing about a stone 1/2 just following Emoly and her advice, I then needed motivation and support leveling up after plateauing and feeling lost. I then became a member of the SAF Squad, December 22 and have been for almost a year and a half, I've had a great journey so far and I'm so pleased to be a part of the SAF Sisterhood and getting to know other SAF like minded women 💪♥️

Fun fact: I have x4 rescue dogs 🐶 and I'm a vegetarian (I do want to be vegan in the future but not ready to give up chocolate and cheese yet 🤭)
