Recently Iv been trying to reduce my screen time, leaving my phone downstairs at bedtime (like leaving a limb behind) and giving myself time in the morning before picking up my phone! It is so hard, I didn’t realise how attached I was to my phone and it’s just got even harder when I just want to come on here, be inspired and encourage you smashing ladies to have the best day 💪🏼
