Still absolutely bossing meal prep!
I have been feeling awful for over a week now, but still stuck to calories and tracking. Main reason I have managed to sustain this is I forced myself to keep prepping.
Being prepped keeps me on track and incontrol.
P.S my calories did go AWOL on Saturday, didn’t plan and felt like I needed a carb overdose.
