Today, we’re tackling a mistake no one talks about when it comes to building a strong, sexy feminine physique:
Undereating!!
Most women think that eating less is the key to getting that toned, sexy body.
But guess what? It’s actually killing your progress 😧
Let me explain
If you’re not giving your body enough fuel;
❌ Your workouts will suffer,
❌You won’t have the energy to lift heavy,
❌And as a result, you won’t build muscle.
Even worse
you could actually lose muscle BY forcing your body to break down muscle tissue for energy.
But on the flip side
*important as well 👇*...
Eating too much will keep you from seeing progress.
So what’s the sweet spot? well, let me tailor the answer to your situation so that you get the results you want 😘
Situation 1:
If you’re happy with how much body fat you have right now,
Start at maintenance calories. This means eating enough to maintain your current weight while focusing on building muscle through weight training.
Situation 2:
If you still want to lose a bit more fat,
Start with a ‘sensible’ calorie deficit — about 15-20%. This is just enough to burn fat while still fueling your body to maintain muscle.
This way
you’ll burn fat while keeping your body fueled to preserve muscle.
Getting YOU that ‘toned’ look 🙂
Instead of that ‘skinny fat’ look â˜č
It’s not about eating LESS, it’s about eating SMARTER.
