Lost 20 pounds over this summer
From Kenny motivating me to take more walks, engage in specific fat burning, cardio exercises, I was able to go from 245 pounds in the beginning of the summer to 225 pounds. On top of that, he has given me a regime of upper body workouts to help me build muscle on my upper body.

Lost 20 pounds from following meal plan
Kenny helped me lose over 20 pounds from following the meal plan and increasing my protein intake. What I liked about the meal plan was that I didn’t have to restrict and I could still eat things I enjoyed.
