Any replacements for Revolut and Wise card?

I see the Revolut is in the process of switching banks, and I already signed up for Wise in the US so now I can't use it in Vietnam. Any replacements for these two cards? I already have Charles Schwab. I need a second card and account to be safe.

Update: I called Wise customer support and they said there should be no issues with using Wise card in Vietnam, even if it's issued in the USA. little confused as to what's going on for others atp. But I have one other back up so I appreciate y'all's help!
