Oversimplify Feeling Good
When we want to be exceptional (better than average) in a career, especially in a career like sales or entrepreneurship where the work itself tends to be emotionally draining it helps to have a strong physiological base. Diet, exercise, meditation. Most know that they should eat well and exercise every day and they will feel better and have more mental faculties available when challenges come up in work they have to overcome. Here are a few easy to remember rules that might help a little bit. - Eat protein before learning to retain more information - Eat the rainbow, typically in foods different colors mean different minerals and nutrients. Try to eat more bright colors not just the gray and brown foods (bread and processed meat) - Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night (I struggle with this one) - Drink a gallon of water per day (or .5oz per lb of weight whichever one works for you) - Sweat every day Physical health, just like mental health can affect your energy levels, which can affect how well you can close. If you implement one or two of these you might see an increase in energy levels and you might find yourself feeling better than before. I’m writing this for myself too.
