Made it to Level 3.. YEAH! While I have the "mechanics" down, I certainly need to focus on "content" and "content presentation". The next big rung is the 1-1 With The OG Himself! That will have to wait until my daughter is ready to launch her YouTube channel. Right now she is focused on IG and gaining "in person" clients and I am focused on "Data Architecture" for my real job until I "retire".. :) Thank You to all for feedback thus far! For the past two days I've been redoing some of my thumbnails. The ones I replaced were on videos that we getting very few views. The one that convinced me to redo them had 22 views after several days. I didn't like the thumb much anyway, but it was one of those that I did after the video, and when I was getting tired. I changed it at 5:30pm on the 10th, and as I said, it had 22 views at that time. It is now 7pm on the 12th and it has had 82 views. So, the lesson for me was, pay attention to the thumbnail, make it as appealing as you can because it really does matter.

In the grand scheme of things this might now be much, but in my YT world, it's something good. The video that I did for this class, using some of the things Trevor taught us, has, in four days, been viewed 302 times! It has a CTR of 3.4% (pretty average for me), and a 30-second "still watching percentage of 50%. The APV is 39.7% Not super numbers by any means, but I'm working on improving them going forward. To do that, I'll continue learning, and I'll incorporate many of the suggestions you guys made on this video.
