I managed to get someone who had the problem I could fix,
then procced to set the frame for the next call and book it into the calendar and asked "if their was any reason why he wouldn't be able to make it" he said "no"
Come today he didn't show up.
Now I am wondering where I messed up did I mess up on the cold calls or is it the lack of follow ups leading the call? I am not sure what I did wrong. Any advice?
Also do I give him a follow up call, if so how long do I wait?
