I'm currently in an SDR role, so I don't usually close my own deals, as my focus is on setting up opportunities for others.
However, my boss has asked me to step in and try to close some deals that were in progress from a BDM. These are deals where the proposal has been sent, but there hasn't been much follow-up, or the prospect is still deciding.
I'm looking for advice on the best way to approach these deals and would appreciate any feedback or strategies you can share.
