You can’t outrun your fork
I’ve always been active, working out wasn’t the problem.
I was in the gym 4-5x a week, I ran in mud runs, did 5ks, 8ks and a half marathon. I’d lose a little here and there, it always came back. The shift for me happened when I started incorporating changing my nutrition along with intentional healthy movement. It definitely required a shift in habits across the board. Learning to manage my stress in healthier ways instead leaning towards wine and pizza was must for stopping the cycle of losing a few lbs and gaining it back. Nutrition is a key component no matter what it is your goals are. Fuel your body so it can do the things you want it to do.
