“I have so many ideas for my content but can’t get organised”
The Solution: Use systems! I sometimes feel overwhelmed with trying to plan my content but to avoid this I had to make it as frictionless as possible. So I introduced a 3-step system to make it as easy as possible to get stuck in: - Blocking out time on the calendar (3-4 hours a week) solely for creating content ⏳ - Use a personal management tool like Notion to store and track all your content ⚙️ - Use templates for different types of content to fast track the ideation and drafting stage (comment 'Template' and I'll send it over) 📰 This took me from dreading working on content (and even completely forgetting about it) to being able to produce a post in 15-20 minutes⏩⏩⏩ If you haven’t already started using a system like this - drop a comment and I will share what I know If you’ve got a better system - send me a message!

@Momme Jürgensen That's a great pic 😂 Unfortunately, I don't think our business would run without Notion now... I'm in too deep!
What I learned from speaking to 15 leads in 2 weeks 🗣️
Why do some leads seem to fizzle out and come to nothing? - Below are the 3 key points I learnt from speaking to 15 leads in 2 weeks (12 of them moved to the next stage). Struggling with lead flow is everybody’s problem first, but once you get them through the door, how do you increase your chances of converting them? It’s not always about having a great Offer. Your Offer will attract the right leads but it's rarely the reason they convert. Here are the 3 (+1 Bonus) key takeaways: - Ask the Right Questions: Your lead has shown interest to an Offer of yours. Ask them relevant questions that will help you understand if you can help them (some call it the Fact-Finding stage). - Just Listen: This is easier said then done, but show genuine interest in what they’re saying. Pauses and silence in conversation will allow them to dig deeper themselves (this ALWAYS worked for me). It's also a form of therapy and builds trust (every human loves being listened to). - Communicate Your Solution: After expressing their pains and concerns, tell them WHAT you will do and HOW it will help them - that’s it. Your solution should touch on their main pains and concerns. - (BONUS) Don’t Pitch If You Can’t Help: This one can be a little bit tough, but there’s no point trying to get someone to buy who will not benefit. This will only lead to a poor experience, a bad review and a stain on your reputation. A lead will also respect you more if you are honest (and they might refer someone to you!) Any other tips that are key for speaking to leads? Drop a comment below if you have any advice for others! 👇👇👇👇👇👇 (Give a like too if you enjoyed!)

Why Investing in Yourself as an Entrepreneur is Absolutely Necessary
Ever feel like you're stuck in the same spot no matter how hard you hustle? 🧍‍♂️ I’ve been there. When I first started my business, I was grinding non-stop but felt like I was getting nowhere. It was frustrating and exhausting. Things only started to change when I decided to invest in myself. Investing in yourself is the game-changer every entrepreneur needs. It's not just about gaining new skills, but also about building the right mindset 🧠 Start by doing this: - Learn new skills that are high-value (soft skills like persuasive speaking also count!) 🧰 - Put well-being first and make sure you avoid burnout 😃 - Grow your network - whether it’s looking for mentorship or peers to work alongside. KEEP MEETING NEW PEOPLE (the most important one out of the 3) 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What’s the best investment you’ve made in yourself that’s paid off big time for your business? Drop your story below! 👇

@Alexi Drouin I would say that the skill I need to work on the most is Sales. And not because I don't know how to sell but more so understanding how Sales as a skill fits into the operation of a successful business. I'm only 2 years into the game so I have a lot to learn. Thanks for sharing the links Alexi!
Help
Hi Guys, Can anyone help me? I have a dilemma. I have 2 options. Option 1: Start my sales business with no start up capital just me selling my B2B services for partnered companies. Option 2: Get a sales job allowing me to save money so that at a later date I can start my business with start up capital. Everytime I have tried to do Option 2, I got to a stage where I just didn't want to be there because I'm not happy. Not happy with the product, the environment, the employees, the managers etc. To non believers, it'll sound a bit weird what I'm about to say, but it's almost if I am not supposed to be working for someone. As if God wants me to start option 1. It's just whenever I have started option 1. I don't know if it's fear of failing, fear of being wrong, self confidence etc but I just don't know how to even start. In simple terms I get ready, get dressed get to the door of the business and just freeze! I've been I'm sales for over 10 years now and never have I got to that stage working for someone else. It has only happened when I have started my own business. My purpose is to help people, help businesses owners however I am not sure what my nest step should be. Could you all or someone please help?
