Texting Billing
I know Jorden is taking all of the hit right now for all sorts of texting but what do you tell your clients in terms of what their monthly costs would be? Do you just tell them they only have to pay for voice minutes and thatโ€™s it? What do you specifically say regarding text if they ask?

@Dylan Nihte yes I do and I'm not sure it is worth it. I got it years ago and also I bought in years ago at a discount for the year. I was referring to AI voice and text in the AI platform not GHL. We are at X1.5 for SMS and X5 on everything else. No complaints.

@Dylan Nihte you can do without it really. Tons of automations outside GHL for account creation, adding users, and other things. I think SaaS mode is on the $297 plan right not but not sure.

Not at the moment but you can place it in a workflow based on the conversation. so if the request a call back in say 3 months you can drop them in a workflow that will follow up in 2 with Call AI trigger in there and insert your context.

I have a colleague who has the basic 97$ GHL account. Can he add assistable to that account or does he have to have one of the higher tired accounts?
