@Jonathan Sanchez calls? How do you mean
Cold calls smoke screens!
what should I do if a prospect tells me the time and day of our Zoom call just to hang up and get rid of me? I felt the hesitation in their voice "YEAH YEAH Saturday at 12"

Just chill Raise your status on that call. They're doing this because you're approaching them as "an annoying kiddo sales man trying to steal some quick cash" You're not You have something that THEY are better off with, than without. Never forget that. That way you can actually feel comfortable with your words. Genuinely mean them and actually have conviction when you speak When you do all of this, people will respect you. They will also respect your time (read the first chapter in Jordan Petersons 12 rules for life. It roughly explains what I'm getting at) Also Make sure you get them to accept the invite on the cold call. Send them over a link through calendly or GHL or whatever you use and say "ok, well great to hear it would be worth a discussion. Just to get that pencilled in, what I can do is send over an actual invite here just now. If you accept that it will actually go straight to your diary as well with a link to join so hopefully that way there' wont be any IT issues, and I look forward to speaking with you"

Also give them a way out, if you get that feeling just say "Yea man, I mean there's no pressure obviously. I was just looking to see if you were in the market for growing your business." Obviously they will think "hey, of course I want to grow my business" and they'll either get serious or say they're not interested Either way its a win for you

Why specifically linkedin outbound If you EXCLUSIVELY need to set meetings that can be done through a variety of methods and the majority aren't linkedin messages BUT An appointment setting agency is something I assumed people would only get into because they found they happen to be really good at it. Often discovered by accident rather than design. It begs the question how did you get involved in this without a proof of concept or previous track record of results

@Joshua Debayo My experience from setting appointments is improve the offer and just be more consistent. Idk man
Huge Roadblock
Hey guys, little bit of a rant in the moment I'm sure I will get over it but I also want to get people's thoughts because it has me a little stumped I am in the mortgage niche. Setting meetings is easy. I can book 3-6 a day cold calling and around 1 per day from looms (still in the ramping phase too on around 50 new outreaches per day) BUT I have my first high ticket client off boarding already as the service just wasn't up to par with what I was charging. I am taking the lessons from this client also. Implementing a rigid follow up system, appointment booking system eveyrhting I can to improve lead nurturing etc But overall, I am simply not generating as many leads and appointments as I expected. I have worked in the roof/property cleaning niche and results were stupidly easy. 1 in 4 leads turned into a paying client and I could generate 10 jobs a month with 2-3 hours of work per month (but not a lot of earning potential for me because of relatively low client value) There is only so much split testing and offer testing I can do. And I exhausted quite a lot of it I will be upping the ad budget for future clients (I have two starting in a few weeks) and will be taking all of the lessons I have learned. But I'm not even sure this will be able to deliver a service that's worth what it needs to be to justify the ad spend ($1000 give or take for forex) never mind a fee of my own Curious to hear your thoughts as to why the lead gen doesn't seem to be going as expected It's special ads category for property and finance. A lot of the leads that come in are of low value for my client (poor credit, tricky time consuming cases, low commission etc) and I really just don't necessarily see that I can control the personal circumstances of the people coming in with the model I'm running Overall, it's all well and good being able to sign clients. But if I don't even have a product what's the point Doesn't sit well with me morally to just churn and burn until I find something that sticks, so just scratching my head at the moment

@Nik Meden I didn’t opt for that niche, it was my first client who I got from pure chance Probably not something I want to pursue due to the nature of clients, their budget and limiting beliefs around growing a business and investment as many of them are one man bands out the back of a van then down the pub Friday afternoon
