It could either be a five minute doodle or a one hour walk, it's up to you depending on how much time you have. 2. Surround yourself with positivity🦋 Put posters out pictures of positive quotes. You can even costomise it if you enjoy! Also surround yourself with positive people, negative people can really change you.. so get rid of all of those🐍 and make some new friends! 3. Practice self care♥️ Make sure that you are taking care of your physical and mental health, do skin care, exercise, and easy healthy 🥗 4. Celebrate your success🎉 Every thing you achieve something, even if its as small as cleaning your room , give yourself a reward. Weather is your favourite chocolate or a cheat day😉. You should feel proud! 5. Be kind to yourself💖 Whenever you have that chat with yourself in your mind, keep it positive! Instead of getting mad at yourself, comfort yourself and feel proud!
