I did it fam! Successfully walked 123km from Valenca, Portugal to Santiago, Spain! 6 days! It was so amazing! Here are a few pics from along the way! I should be on our call next Tuesday! Still here in Spain. We are in Madrid until tomorrow.

Just wrapped up a rainy day gym session: 36 mins stairmaster, hyperbolic stretch (split stretch), chest press, and ~20 mins in sauna. Came home and made a delicious summer avocado 🥑 kale 🥬 strawberry 🍓 salad with homemade dressing. Feeling great. What are your wins for the week?
