Midweek check-in
Just wrapped up a rainy day gym session: 36 mins stairmaster, hyperbolic stretch (split stretch), chest press, and ~20 mins in sauna. Came home and made a delicious summer avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ kale ๐Ÿฅฌ strawberry ๐Ÿ“ salad with homemade dressing. Feeling great. What are your wins for the week?
