Any one running or plan on running a second community with a totally different offering (Not Free to Paid)? I mean perhaps a totally different Niche even.

Tomorrow will be officially a full week since I launched my new Free community and it's been a lot of fun and personally I think it's been a successful launch. Results: 84 members. 20 Calls Booked - 7 completed, 1 no show, & 12 still to do. 5 amazing posts/comments about the value of those calls from people who just completed the call. 1 person has referred 7 new members after the call. 2 amazing group calls with people connecting. 163 About page visitors - 80 Signups - 49.08% Conversion rate $27 Course sales for Low Ticket/High Value classroom (Get card on file, show what it's like to spend money with me.) Discovery Category: 💰 Business - Rank: #403 772 activities - 804 activities - 407 activities - 423 activities - 435 activities - Today at 221 activities Highlighted Results: - 318 Genuine Comments on the Welcome Post. Genuine meaning real in-depth answers and people engaging back and forth with real comments. We have people sharing looms of their unique skills like hand bending and magic card tricks. - ??? Replies to Auto DM. Honestly, I have lost count and I'm catching up to all of them, but they're giving exactly what I wanted. Real conversations with real answers. I love it so much! - Huge Fan Moment - @Calvin Hollywood joined and I may or may not have called my mom about it. LOL - She was supportive and happy, but like Hollywood on Skool?? - Connected a person I had a call with to another person I had a call with because person #1 is having a great deal on what would benefit person #2. Yay! Things I've learned to change: - Add more dates to booking a call with you. I had it set to only 6 days out and I don't do scheduled calls Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Once I switched to 14 days out, my booked calls increased quickly. - Doing a launch solo means you need to prep things in person for you to be busy in the office. RIP laundry schedule lol I am very happy with this launch of a free community and I am very happy to help everyone. I am going with the flow tho. Things may change a bit here and there, but I just absolutely love Skool as a platform and I'm All In.

I'm in the process of migrating my PAID community from Circle to Skool. So my members are already paying members As a test, I invited a few members to Skool. They bypassed the payment page because I wanted them to check the school platform for me, so I added them as FREE members. And I want to know the best way to get them to PAY on Skool, after I will close their payments on Circle So I do have a couple of questions 1. What is the TECHNICAL WAY to switch a members from the current FREE status to PAYING member? 2. if they already made some introduction posts + points inside Skool as a free member, would those be deleted and lost when they move from free to paying? Thank you
