What I did in my 4 day water fast Daily salt intake, I recommend himalaya salt. 2-3x per day 1 pinch Put lemon in your water for potassium Magnesium supplement (optional) It's mainly magnesium, potassium and sodium that your body flushes out on a water fast so yea that's what I learned. The salt really makes the difference. Last time, on day 3 in the morning I felt reall really bad, I stood up to break my fast but decided to try salt first. Ate some salt and drank a big glass of water and I felt perfect almost instantly.

@Jia Ruan I don't put it in my water, I take a pinch, put it in my mouth let it dissolve a bit and drink it away with a big glass
Advice for learning languages?
I am currently learning Spanish. It's definitely a rocky road for me, let's say I have other powers then learning languages :P Still I'm holding on and with the smallest babysteps I finally start to make progression. Actions I do: - Once a week I have private lesson with a Spanish teacher (online course) - Once a week I do homework (online course workbook) - I practice Duolingo every day (for 324 days now, yeah!) What's your #1 advice learning a language?

I agree with all comments here. But best thing is being in the culture. To give you context: I have had spanish at school 1 hour per week for 1 year in 2019. So I had the basics, nothing much. Neither was I a good student at all. Last summer I went to Malaga, first couple of days I was struggling with understanding people, everyone seemed to be talking soooo fast. After even like 5--6 days of hearing the language and trying to be involved has done more than what duolingo couldn't have done in 2 months. I started to understand more and more and as the days went by I started to remember the grammar and tenses that I hadn't been in touch with in years, the things I thought I had completely forgotten started to come back. So yea apps are a great tool but best way is to speak the language.

I'm currently on a dopamine detox since 2nd of November and I just finished a 3-day water fast. Pretty uncomfortable if you ask me. It is life changing. Uncomfortable in the short term to be comfortable in the long term.
paradigm
Hi everyone and thanks Jia for accepting me here. Also glad to see mr Ovens' platform being used. What have you found to be the best way to shift your paradigm into what you desire it to be?
