For never giving up on myself. I have had way too many obstacles, feeling defeated, discouraged 🫤 and disappointed 😔 but that is not who defines me. I continued to navigate my way through and I like this me better. I am confident, consistent and conquer, but most of all just being ME if that makes sense. @Shelley McIntyre mhmm I am super proud of the hard work and dedication I have been putting in to my self, and my career. I am building from ground up. Alberta is a tough community for people ready to do there healing journey. But there’s coming ! And not giving up on my self.

@Jared Wade thank you ! It’s definitely a transition this time for sure. I think I have definitely slept more than a dead person. But hey the nutrition and water in take are going really really good !! I hope there is another one so I can really put in my all next time and be past the detox part.
