Getting into the spirit!
Jingle Bells rock! After making the advent calendar for my grandma earlier today, I decided to keep the hat on and do another pyramid. This time with more squats. Managed 6 levels!!! 26kg KB Levels: 1-2-3-4-5-6-5-4-3-2-1 Exercises per level: Row L, Deadlift L, Body Weight Squat Row R, Deadlift R, Body Weight Squat All in all took roughly 13 minutes to complete.

Man, you HAVE TO climb that ladder back down! I don't want to see you being stuck up there...

This is cool... there's finally an adjustable hardstyle kettlebell on the market. While I prefer the competition style kettlebell design, this could be perfect for someone who prefers the old school, hardstyle kettlebell as it solves the problem of handle sizes changing as you move up in weight. The handle geometry also seems to be on par with the typical competition style kettlebells. I'm not in the market, but there might be a few who are interested. https://www.eryxfitness.com/en/product/adjustable-kettlebell/

@Ionut Lazau nono, it's the same principle, just different handle. There's a nut to screw on. So stacking from the top is actually also easiest

@Ionut Lazau that's still going to be weeks! The shoulder is complicated and takes forever to geal when not ok. But it's already gotten quite a bit better. I'll just have to keep working on it and be patient
