Conversion Ascension Retention Engagement I follow this 4 step approach to every community I work on. It just makes it easier to think. Skool gives you the data on the about page, if you have lots of traffic but low signups, you have a conversion problem. Fix it. If you have members joining at low ticket, but no ascension. Change it and offer them something because they will buy more. If you have members running away every month, you have a retention problem. Go through the steps of adding a retention video and work on your onboarding to increase your LTV. And if your group feels boring it's probably because it is. Work on being more personable and watch that community thrive baby. IYKYK

What if when a new member joined your community, we had the option to show a popup video welcoming them personally and telling them how to get started? Help them get off on the right foot, eliminate the need for a pinned post at the top attempting to do that, and gives a personal touch right off the bat (especially for paid) What would everyone think about something like that?

Has anyone figured out a way to have your outside payments process through Skool? I mean like integration-wise? I really don’t want to create another community for high ticket clients, it doesn’t make sense for my niche at the moment to separate my community. But I hate that every time I get a payment from someone it’s not showing for the games 😂🤣 (yeah I wanna be on the board!!)

I started Captivate in April. Made 8k in 1 hr. Made 34k in 1 month. Met more likeminded weirdos than i ever even thought EXISTED. i seriously spent 32 yrs looking for them. for you! and october marks my 6th month in skool. And you know what finally started it all? In January of this year, 1. I decided to surround myself with higher caliber people 2. I dropped 10k on 2 coaches 3. I started cold showers and morning workouts And now im here. The weird thing about skool is that right now, if youre committed, its harder to lose than it is to win. im not sure how many things you can say that about. What a wild ride so far, my dudes. I have two communities and I'm closing one. I have affiliate income. Will I still receive the income with one community open? I'm not sure which community is receiving the income.
