@Sheena Vowles I would get lost up there ๐คฃ๐คฃ. I managed 3 miles before the bottom of my back got tight, then I walked and ran the remaining. I managed to be out for 7miles today.
1) travel mugs - neeeeeeed my coffee (s) all morning โ๏ธโ๏ธ 2) for an empty gym - nothing to do with me being up early on a Saturday to train ๐ญ
1) whoop - itโs Friday - really long day for me but it will be over by 9pm ๐ 2) Iโve been resilient enough to handle the last 4 weeks - Iโve nearly made it ๐ช
