My voicebots phone numbers can't switch to a different assistant?
Before the update I could move my numbers between assistants and test call different assistants. So i would build a bot, attach a number to it and test it and then if i needed to build a different bot and test it with that number i could switch the number and have it be on the new bot. Now in 2.1 when i create a new agent and switch it from an older agent, it wont switch. It seems it is perpetually stuck on the previous agent, even after i have saved it on the new bot and it doesnt show a phone number attached to the old agent. anyone else experiencing this? @Jorden Williams

@Jorden Williams @Dylan Nihte i tried this and it doesn’t even let me create a tag or change tag. Anytime I go into my tags it doesn’t allow me to find any of my assistants. I posted this here vs making a submission ticket on the 2.1 update incase anyone else is having the same issue because it didn’t feel isolated.

@Bineta Mbengue I’ve built systems myself and actually just hired @Esteban Lopez for a unique custom build that should be delivered in the next day or so. Straight up guy, knows what he is doing.

Integrating into clients CRM?
Can anyone help show me how to integrate appointment bookings, contacts and custom fields into a clients CRM? Tried to convince them to use GHL with their assistant I built for them but they were resistant. Anyone gone through this that can show me how it’s done?

Just had to integrate with MyCase. Honestly it’s much better to do this for them as it allows them to get your tech without the frustration of switching their daily processes. You’ll most likely need to setup a separate Zapier account not tied to your agency and have the bot collect the info and then connect to their specific CRM. I would google their CRM and “integrated with Go High Level” if you can’t find it with Zapier. I setup the free account for them which allowed me to have 100 for free per month. Which works great because he’s not getting 100 new clients a month.

Looking for a best practice. Searched through skool(ugh) Use case, I have a restaurant that updates their website for menus, beer taps, music, events each on a separate page. I have a voice assistant answering the phone and would like it to scrape the page to provide info to the inbound call. Thanks Rock Stars

Can AI Booking Timezone be set accordingly with the area code of user?
I know for now the AI will book calls according to the timezone of the "Business Profile" of the GHL sub account that it's connected to. Is AI currently able to dynamically book according to the area code of the user that it is calling?

@Alpha Doge I have my Ai always book calls in EST. I live in Massachusetts, my business partner lives in Oregon and we call clients all over the US. When it books the call and sends automation it adjusts to the clients timezone

I just write in the prompt to mention and book the appointment in EST and the calendar it is connected to is in EST l. But when the client gets the notification of book it will adjust to their timezone
