🛑 I don’t depend on referrals. 📊 Referrals are not predictable because it depends on someone else’s promotional success of our brand. 🚦 To be honest, when someone refers their friends or someone to our business, they usually oversell, over promise and it’s not always a great candidate for our services. 🌍 So I use their referrals to generate business growth for them, increase traffic to our socials, so our socials to the target audience is at higher view rate. And our ideal prospects get shown our targeted paid ads by google & fb. 💰 So instead of a Referal program; I now offer marketing program. It’s basically the same as my old referral program, just positioned differently and with different metrics. 👊 In 5 days, we have now sold three monthly subscriptions of Cryo Contouring Studios LLC “Marketing Partnerships” 💡 Btw, I used to refer to this as a Referral KIT for advocates. 💰 💰 Now I charge money for clients at a discounted rate for them to collaborate in business promotion. WHO: a loyal client who wants to earn their future maintenance treatments WHAT: they get an exclusive discount to offer their audience. HOW: we print flyer for their office, a flyer for our treatment space to promote their results and their business. Make a unique shareable link with QR code. ROI: the loyal client drives traffic to our socials, increases awareness of our services to their audiences, we track leads and interest and enjoy a collaboration with local advocate who we get to continue treating. Neveskin Classic vs T -Shape 2
I’m getting ready to go into my 3rd month of neveskin classic rev share program and I’m seeing amazing results with my models. However, I was on the webinar Wednesday and see so much potential in the the T Shape. I feel I need to text Simon and discuss my options with him. What are your thoughts and or advice for a solo Esthetician @Stacey Krizan ?

Every year in almost every industry, Black Friday is a time that consumers want to buy gifts to save money. Most business run crazy cheap deals to get traffic in store or online. If consumers buy one item at deep discount (loss leader), they often feel less guilty buying something of greater value or not urgent. I consider facials a loss leader. I drive traffic with face treatments and then create value with body treatments. I know the demand of body treatments will Increase in the new year. So now is the time to capture new leads with face treatments. Also it’s a great time to extra value to existing loyal clients with face teamsters. I know holidays are really really busy and stressful for my target audience (working moms with grown kids) who will be hosting and entertaining). I ran an early Black Friday promotion: 15% off anything, even large packages that are already discounted. Here’s our sales this week (screen shot attached). We have 6 VERY happy clients who saved and can now enjoy their holiday time and shopping. For every single first time face treatment, We do one side of the face and then stop. We ask the client to sit up, look in the mirror and tell us what they see. Sometimes it’s an awkward silence. Sometimes it is filled with uncontrollable excitement. Either way the act of asking and pausing sends a very powerful message.

Sk58: Easiest way to increase revenue success:
Charge more $ per your time. But how? When I added Neveskin Ultra to my business in July, I was immediately able to charge more money for my clients treatment hour. Client who purchased a 10 pack for abs prepaid $3,000 for 10 treatments. So one hour body treatment $300. She did this with static protocol with Neveskin Ultra. She added face treatment, $185 for 20 mins, $75 neck upgrade, $75 for 10 min ultimate eye upgrade.
