Monday Club!
Monday is a MINDSET. It's your choice how you view today! I personally love them! It's always a little reset on the previous week to just get dialled in on your goals. Would love to know what you're focusing on this week? For me... - Train or stretch every day (I'm tight as fuck right now!!) - 4 hours of DEEP work every morning. - 1 house task ticked off each night (I have A LOT to do) If I get that done this week I'll be extremely happy!

I’m in Italy this week on holiday, so I’m focussing on doing what I can! Missing the gym this week but every day I’m focusing on my steps and I’m either doing a run or a HIIT workout each morning because I know I can’t focus on nutrition as much as I’d like. Trying to remember I’m in this for the long haul not a quick fix so enjoying my holiday whilst being mindful 🥰

Hello! I’m Caitlin and I’m currently being coached by Laura. I looove this time of year but definitely see a dip in my motivation. I don’t find dark mornings that much of a struggle, I still manage to stick to my gym routine, but definitely associate this time of year with hot chocolates and comfort food! I also hate being cold so lack motivation for outdoor walks etc. Deciding to suck it up this year and invest in a nice bobble hat 🤣 I think the habit tracker will defo help me stay on track so thank you! 🙌🏼
